Our Story
Home Building Advisor was established by John Lianos, a licensed builder and project manager with over 25 years of experience. John also holds a degree in accounting, management and a graduate diploma in financial planning and worked in those fields as an early graduate.
John established HBA to meet the ever increasing need for client representation, security and transparency in the residential construction industry. The company ethos is reflected in how we work and the people we work with. We believe that with professional, honest and fair conduct, home building becomes a positive and rewarding journey for both clients and building professionals alike.
Our boutique, but passionate team have held senior roles in planning, design and construction management capacities within the residential sector.
We work across a broad range of residential project types from apartments, custom designed new homes as well as additions and home renovations.
