What To Expect In Project Management

Site Meetings

We attend regular meetings with you and your builder to assess and document progress and deliverables from both parties.

Project Timeline Assessment

Identification of slippage and assessment of Extension of Time (EOTs) to contract.

Progress Claims Assessment

Ensuring work has been done before claims are submitted

Variations Assessment

If variations arise, we make sure they are legitimate, fair and executed in accordance to the contract.

Contract Administration

From a client side perspective, we ensure that the builder fulfils their contractual obligations

Inspections & Certification

Check that the builder is executing the critical stage inspections by the private certifier (PCA), structural engineer and other consultants as required. Ensure certificates are handed to the PCA by the builder as required for Occupancy.

Quality Assessment

We’ll regularly assess the builders quality of work and ensure all is being built to plan. At the end of the project, we’ll conduct a defects walkthrough with you and your builder to identify any areas for improvement prior to handover.
