We are an independent building broker that works for you. The trickiest part of the process is to find a good builder that will not only build your home for a good price, but back it up with great service and quality. We scout for great builders on your behalf and with over 20 years of experience, we know what questions to ask and if you are getting value for money. We assess builders for quality, business set up, resources, availability, relevant experience and good personality that would fit your project. We conduct insurance checks, ASIC and Fair Trading checks as well as check for references and testimonials.
Builder Assessment
- Quality – review of prior work
- Project Experience - have they built similar projects to yours
- Business set up – one man band or larger company
- Resources and staff – will you have direct contact to the owner of the business or a site supervisor
- Number of active projects - how many projects do they take on at once, are they stretched?
- Timeframe - are they available to start the work or will you have to wait
You can also call from our panel of trusted builders that we have worked with and referred for many previous projects. They are genuine, invested and extremely experienced, and importantly all-round great to work with. You are also free to put forward any builders that have been referred to you by your friends or family to the tender process.
