Early design advice
Before talking to an architect. Talk to us. We ensure your home design suits your budget and lifestyle before you commit. If you don't have plans, we will appoint the right architect or designer depending on your specific council and situation. Our value is in that we check the design work along the way for cost saving opportunities, buildability and potential risks. As experienced project managers on active projects in the construction cycle, we find that we have a better feel of actual build costs than designers. We make sure you don't overdesign a home that you can't afford to build.
Consultant & council collaboration
We will coordinate and engage your surveyor, geotechnical, stormwater, landscape and structural engineer to name a few. Depending on your council requirements, we may also need to engage a quantity surveyor, arborist, heritage consultant, bushfire consultant, fire engineer or Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC). We have a good collaborative relationship with each consultant and council to ensure your project gets approved within the best possible timeframe.
